Crazy 8s After-School Math Club
Crazy 8s is an after-school math club unlike any other, and Williams Elementary was thrilled to bring it back after a pause during the COVID-19 pandemic. Designed to make math fun for all students, the club offers playful and interactive activities like “Glow-in-the-Dark Geometry” and “Beach Ball Party.” Due to high interest, two separate clubs were formed. One group is coached by Nichole Stewart, Title I Interventionist, and parent volunteer Rachael Labrecque; the second is led by Maggie Solis, Dean of Students, and Principal Melanie Smith. A total of 34 students are participating in this exciting and enriching program. #WeAreRSU18 #WESproud18
