Crazy 8’s Take on the Clock
Crazy 8’s Math Club at Williams Elementary School took students on a cross-country adventure without leaving the classroom. They began by practicing analog and digital time, then explored global concepts using a globe and flashlight to model Earth’s rotation. The main challenge involved planning a trip to the Super Bowl, calculating travel time, layovers, and time zone changes. Through teamwork and strong math skills, most groups “arrived” just in time for kickoff, making it a fun and engaging learning experience. #WeAreRSU18 #WESproud18
