Eagles of the Week, 2/22/2021
Grade 3: Reece Leavitt
Mrs. Charest nominates Reece Leavitt as our third-grade eagle of the week. Reece always displays an awesome attitude even when things in his life get difficult. He is polite and friendly to all of his classmates and the adults here at school. Reece is a cheerful young man and is dedicated to his friends. He always puts forth his best effort, takes his time and does his best work, and continues to try even when things get hard. Reece consistently follows classroom and school rules. Keep working hard, Reece, and continue to have an open mind even when things in life become tricky! Be proud of who you are!
Grade 4: Scout Engleright
Mrs. Veilleux and some of Scout’s classmates nominated him for the Eagle of the Week. Scout has been working hard on being a positive peer leader in his class. He has been supporting students in gym class and encouraging them to keep trying when they might not get the shot the first time. Even just this morning he checked on another student who had fallen on the playground. Keep having an awesome attitude and being a positive role model, Scout!
Grade 5: Madison Reynolds
Madison was nominated by three classmates and Mrs. Moody for her growth mindset, excellent effort, and awesome attitude! One classmate nominated Madison for always trying her best and not being afraid to ask for help. Madison is always engaged in our small group lessons and asks clarifying questions to improve her understanding of concepts. She tried her best in all subjects, is open to feedback, and approaches every task with a growth mindset. Her positive attitude is contagious! Madison’s classmates recognize her as “helpful, kind, and nice to everyone.” She is a special part of our classroom community! Keep shinning your light, Madison!
