Community volunteers give playground a facelift
Community members have been pitching in around the district to help spruce up the grounds and get playgrounds ready for the start of the new school year.
At WES volunteers spent last week painting the basketball court, putting up new nets, and painting the four square courts.
“It looks amazing,” said Principal Melanie Smith, “I can’t wait for our students to see their new court! We are blessed to have such a supportive community.”
